Whole Yoga

Michelle Dahl MAT, RYT-500 is a certified Yoga Therapist and Yoga Calm Instructor. She currently is a Health Educator working in public education and has over 18 years of experience working with kids and teens. Michelle started her yoga journey taking her first class in 1998 and from there was drawn into the power of yoga. In 2008 she began teaching public yoga classes and completed both her Yoga Calm and RYT-200 teacher training in 2012 with an emphasis on Anusara Yoga. She continues to grow as a teacher and student continuing her education through workshops and yoga festivals. In March of 2016 Michelle completed a 300 hour Yoga Therapy program through the DAYA Foundation and is currently working towards her 800 hour certification. Along with her commitment to yoga, Michelle is also an avid runner, cycling instructor and outdoor enthusiast. She lives in Canby with her husband and three children.
